Happy Pets offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum order value.

Processing and Estimated Delivery

Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 8–10 business days from the date the order is placed. Processing generally takes 1–2 business days and is included in this estimate. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, customs processing, or an incomplete or incorrect address may affect delivery. If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will contact the customer with the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

Tracking

When an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display its first carrier update.

Address Changes

Please review the shipping address carefully before ordering. To request a correction, email info@happypet.company as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

International Orders

Availability and shipping rates for destinations outside the United States are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country unless checkout states otherwise.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If tracking has not updated for several business days or an order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated window, contact info@happypet.company with the order number so we can investigate.
